Dziś w roli głównej romantyczna sukienka z falbanką. Jest ona typowo wiosenna, zwiewna słodka i urocza:), w kolorze brzoskwiniowym. Stworzona na niedzielny wypad ze znajomymi.

Falbany tej wiosny są bardzo popularne, sięgają po nie najlepsi projektanci, gwiazdy i fashionistki. Pojawiły się we wiosennych kolekcjach Oscara de la Renta, Alexandra McQeena czy Rosie Assoulin. Już teraz wiemy, że pojawią się również w kolekcjach jesiennych. Mamy do wyboru falbaniaste spódnice i sukienki, topy z falbanami na rękawach, żakiety i kurtki, spodnie z falbanami na nogawkach, w tym sezonie falbany mogą pojawić się dosłownie wszędzie.
Falbany miały swoje lata świetności, pojawiały się i znikały, teraz znowu są modne z czego bardzo się cieszę. Najbardziej jednak podobają mi się kreacje z falbanami z epoki wiktoriańskiej, bogate, pełne przepychu i zdobień. Suknie w stylu Scarlett O'Hara z powieści Margaret Mitchell "Przeminęło z wiatrem". Scarlett miała styl, wiedziała jak podkreślić swoje wdzięki, wykorzystywała swoje atuty, była odważna, figlarna, była uosobieniem wszelkich wad i zalet, tak ją pokochałam, że jej postaci poświęciłam swoją pracę licencjacką i magisterską. Gdy pierwszy raz przeczytałam książkę przez tydzień płakałam, po tym jak Rhett porzucił moją ukochana bohaterkę. Scarlett znała się na modzie, wyróżniała się wśród innych dam, była fashionistką, odrzucającą wszelkie zasady, prganęła podążać za własnym stylem i wygodą. Wybierała kolory, które podkreślały jej urodę, wiedziała w których wygląda najlepiej, odrzuciła czerń nawet w okresie żałoby po mężu. Była zdeterminowana, gotowa zdobyć ukochanego w sukni uszytej ze starej zasłony. Właśnie ta niesamowicie inspirująca postać, stała się inspiracją dla mojej nowej wiosennej asymetrycznej sukienki;)

Flounces this spring appear in collections of best designers. We can find them in collections of Oscar De La Renta, Alexander McQeen or Rosie Assoulin. Moreover, now we know that this trend will also appeared in fall 2016. We can chose among flounce dresses and skirts, tops and jackets, swimsuits and even trousers. As we can see flounce can appear on any item of clothing.
Flounce had its ups and downs it disappeared and appeared after few seasons, now it is fashionable again and I am really happy about it. However, the flounce I admire most is the one associated with the gowns from Victorian period. Beautiful gowns like the heroine of Margaret Mitchell's novel "Gone with the Wind" loved so much. Scarlett was a fashionista, she knew how to use her charm, she broke the rules. She was determined and ready to find a man even in a dress made out of a curtain:) Miss O'Hara was aware of her beauty, she knew what to wear and choose styles and colours that suited her best. She hated black so she refused to wear it even during her widowhood, (she was depressed and badly cried not because of the loss of her husband, but because of the prospect of wearing black!). Scarlett didn't want the society to define her. Scarlett O'Hara fascinated me to such extend that I devoted her my diploma thesis and MA thesis and even now she was a source of inspiration while sewing my new dress.

Kendall Jenner jest to jedna z najbardziej wziętych modelek, może pochwalić się nietuzinkową urodą, zgrabną sylwetką, oraz interesującym portfolio. Stworzyła swój własny odcień pomadki dla marki Estée Lauder sygnowany jej imieniem, a wraz z siostrą Kylie ma własną linię odzieżową. W porównaniu do swoich sióstr jako jedyna ma klasę i wyczucie smaku. Jej styl jest klasyczny i elegancki. Postanowiłam zaczerpnąć trochę inspiracji z garderoby Kendall i spróbowałam uszyć oversizową kurtkę z kolekcji Jesień/ Zima 2015 Michaela Mavena, którą Kendall prezentowała na sobie jakiś czas temu w LA. Użyłam innej tkaniny, dodałam podszewkę, wprowadziłam drobne zmiany i kurtka jest gotowa. Co myślicie?

Kendall Jenner is one of the most popular fashion models. She is beautiful, stunning, fit and with interesting portfolio. She designed her own Estée Lauder lipstic and with her sister Kylie luanched their own fashion collection. She's got the sense of fashion, her style is classy and elegant. I decided to get some inspiration from Kendall's wardrobe and sewed an oversized bomber jacket from A/W 2015 Michael Maven's collection, which she wore some time ago in LA. I used different fabric, attached the lining, made little changes and the jacket is ready. What do u think of it?
